At Reel Rods our passion for fishing goes beyond the ocean. Founded by Kieron Olsen in 2009 and now owned by avid anglers Dan and Charlotte.   Reel Rods has been a part of the Karikari Peninsula community for 15 years.  Providing essential fishing gear and top notch advise.  We live and breath all things fishing and understand the importance of quality gear that is readily available.  

We also recognize a need for high-quality, custom handmade fishing rods that truly reflect the individuality of each fisherman or woman. What started as a personal interest, has evolved into a dedicated mission to craft exceptional fishing gear, customised to  each anglers individual flair.
